Facilities to be provided
1. Flooring with new Woven Carpet.
2. Two / Three side walls (walls will not be provided for Bare Space).
3. Fascia (digital printing) with company name.
4. One Information Counter- One table and Two Chairs.
5. Four Spotlight (LED).
6. One electrical power point 5/15AMP.
7. One Dustbin.
8. Charges for power consumption are included in the stall rate.
9. One free conference pass for exhibitors for each 9 sq. m.
10. LCD on a chargeable basis.

Exhibitor desirous to take bare space will have to make payment for minimum 27 Sq.m. and for Shell scheme minimum space will be 9 sq.m. (3m X 3m) and in multiples of 3. The layout of exhibition plan will be uploaded on the website shortlys.
Payment Methods
- 1. Payment by DD/Multicity cheque in favour of "NWDA – India Water Week" payable at New Delhi, India
- 2. RTGS/NEFT payment – Bank Name: Axis Bank Ltd, Saket, New Delhi. Account Name: "NWDA – India Water Week". Account No.: 922020050560915 IFS Code: UTIB0000160. It is requested that acknowledgement of payments i.e. UTR Number/Details of RTGS/NEFT and amount of TDS deducted may kindly be intimated/shared to this office by e-mail after making payments.
