By registering as a delegate, exhibitor, or sponsor, submitting papers, making exhibition stall bookings, or using any other service on indiawaterweek.in, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referred to herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
This website provides information and online facilities for the 9th India International Water Week 2026, including but not limited to: event information, delegate and exhibitor registration, exhibition stall booking, paper submission for the conference, sponsor and delegate submissions, payment processing for registration and exhibition fees, and access to the participant portal. The event is scheduled to be held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (e.g. 22–26 September 2026), as may be announced from time to time.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Registration fees and exhibition charges are as published on the website and are subject to applicable taxes (including GST). Eligibility for any discount or concession is as per the criteria displayed at the time of registration.
Payments for delegate registration, exhibition bookings, or other fee-based services may be processed through third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay). You agree to comply with the payment gateway’s terms and any applicable banking or card rules. Refund and cancellation policies for the event will be as stated on the relevant pages (e.g. registration, exhibition, sponsorship). The organisers reserve the right to modify refund rules for specific categories with reasonable notice where feasible.
If you submit abstracts, synopses, or full papers, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. The organisers may use, display, or publish submitted content in connection with IIWW 2026 (e.g. proceedings, website, presentations) in accordance with the guidelines provided at the time of submission. You agree to follow the submission deadlines and format requirements published on the website.
Exhibition stall allocations and bookings are subject to availability and the terms displayed during the booking process. Locking, reservation, or confirmation of stalls may be subject to time limits and payment conditions. The organisers reserve the right to reallocate or modify stall assignments for operational or safety reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.
You must not use the website or services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or affiliation, to upload malicious code or harmful content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website or other users’ use. You must not scrape, automate access, or use the site in a manner that violates these terms or applicable law.
The IIWW name, logo, and other event-related branding and materials are owned by or licensed to the Ministry of Jal Shakti / IIWW Secretariat. You may not use these for commercial or other purposes without prior written permission, except as necessary for your participation in the event (e.g. as an exhibitor within the guidelines provided).
To the extent permitted by law, the organisers and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services, or from any cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event. Liability for direct loss in connection with paid services may be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service, subject to applicable law.
The Ministry of Jal Shakti and the IIWW Secretariat reserve the right to change the date, venue, format, or other aspects of IIWW 2026 due to force majeure, government directives, or operational requirements. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered participants of material changes. Refund or accommodation policies in such cases will be as per the applicable policy at that time.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
